Bottom level $350 (including $100 deposit and $250 building fee)
It includes a stove, refrigerator/freezer, sink, indoor HA restrooms. It has 20- 8 ft rectangular tables and 160 chairs. The upstairs is included at an extra charge. THE UPSTAIRS DOES NOT INCLUDE TABLES OR CHAIRS.

Note:

Day of rental the hours of use are 9a to 11pm. If you would like the day before to decorate, you must rent it also. No heat or air conditioning. The $100 deposit will be returned as long as you have your event and the facility is left as it was found, all garbage to the dumpster outside, all tables and chairs restacked, remove all decorations. There are no refunds for rainouts, and the rental fee (not including the nonrefundable $100 deposit) is not refundable if cancelled within 3 months of the event.
