Located at the center of the park before the lake coming from Rt 51. Lodge has an appt. size stove, refrigerator, ice machine, 60 8ft rectangular tables and 400 chairs. 5,250 sq. ft. banquet room, with 14ft high ceiling fans. No heat or Air conditioning. Brooms, mops, buckets, toilet paper and paper towels. 1 trash bag in each can.
Outside electrical outlets: 2 behind building, 2 by garage door.
Outside water in back of building.
Note:
Day of rental the hours of use are 9a to 11pm. If you would like the day before to decorate, you must rent it also. At time of booking, you must pay the $200 non-refundable deposit. Three months before the rental date the remaining balance must be paid in full. The $200 deposit can be returned within 30 days if you have the event and the facility was left clean, no damages. All garbage to the dumpster outside, all tables and chairs restacked, remove all decorations. There are no refunds for rainouts, and the rental fee (not including the nonrefundable $200 deposit) is not refundable if cancelled within 3 months of the event.
