Located at the end of the park across from playground. The facility has radiant floor heating, no air conditioning, 6 ceiling fans, ice machine, refrigerator and freezer. There is no heating equipment like a stove or microwave, no grills. Includes 170 chairs, 21 - 5ft round tables, 8 - 8ft rectangle tables. The building measures 2,550 sq. ft. - main room 60' x 30'8" and serving area 28' x 9'3".

Note:

Day of rental the hours of use are 9a to 11pm. If you would like the day before to decorate, you must rent it also. At the time of booking, you must pay the $200 non-refundable deposit. Then three months before the rental date the remaining balance must be paid in full. The $200 deposit can be returned if you have your event and the facility is left clean and no damages. All garbage to the dumpster outside, all tables and chairs restacked, remove all decorations. The rental fee (not including the nonrefundable $200 deposit) can be refunded if canceled more than 3 months before the event.
